Taco Bell

Not your average Taco Bell. The service is beyond any I've encountered thus far. EXCELLENT!!! Anthonette and her team went way beyond what your average Taco Bell 🔔 service offers and each one of them had a smile that could be seen through there face coverings. Every staff member there was very attentive and ready. I can't stress it enough, come to this one and I think you will be satisfied 💯. Located right off I75 exit 1.

Visited Taco Bell on hey 138 today and I had an unpleasant experience. The first young lady on the speaker was pleasant and very informative of the products that were not available. She even read off the the drinks (Alex ) . 5 stars to Alex. There was another young lady who interjected into our order who was rude . When I approached the window , she was very rude and pouty . She slammed the glass. I asked for a manager ( Shania) who listen intently and was very nice . The rude young lady came back the window and said “ I just want to key you know I feel some type of way about what you said “ . This was absolutely unacceptable!!!!! Horrible Horrible service . I will be calling corporate and BBB.

I don’t know who made our food. I can only say that it was disgusting. It tasted soggy and like the meat was unseasoned. The sour cream was watery. To be honest the taco tasted watered down. I don’t know what they put in these tacos but I will never go to this Taco Bell again. Never. The worst food ever.

Their line was packed BUT they were getting folks in and out!!! I am thankful they were respecting their customers and actually trying! The cashier was courteous, fast, efficient and my order was accurate and sealed!! They were open and staffed. I appreciate their commitment to service because it matters!!!!!! If I had cash I would've tipped them just because!!!!!

I'd give it 5🌟s if I hadn't gotten all the way home&realized I had the wrong entrees. I ordered 2 steak&2chicken chulupas &got home with 2 spicy quesadillas. Plus my pintos&cheese& potatoes were right. The lady at the drive thur tried to argue with me&day she knew she got it right! Lol look 👀 in the bag I told her if she thought I'd driven back up there for the fun of it. It's my fault for not checking though. Always check b4 you drive off. It's my rule&I broke it. But their food is good. I give it 4 to 5 🌟 I rarely get anything bad. I like their power bowl's a lot. Sometimes the rice gets a little crunchy but Without the hot lettuce &quac&fake sour cream is filling&tasty. Lordy I miss the caramel apple empanadas or however you spell it lol. I'd get 10 of them&wrap em separately, put in freezer, take 1 out everynight then heat it up with my coffee in the morning. 😋 Yummy! I wish everyone would ask for them to bring em back like they did the Fiesta potatoes.
