Would have loved a couple of nice hot glazed doughnuts to take to my parents. We waited patiently in line for more than 15 minutes without it moving at all. Left without ever placing our order. This place needs a lesson from Chick-Fil-A on how to run a drive through.

Very friendly staff. Went through the drive thru and was told there was a wait for glazed of 30 minutes. Since it was my birthday, I decided to wait. Twenty minutes later I see the line started to back up so I went inside to order my donuts. If you sign up on the app you can get a dozen donuts on your birthday.

I’m not sure if the donut making person and managers are trained properly in this Krispy Kreme or not. Each time since the day they opened i only visited the store about five times and their donuts are extremely flat and small. Like the dough isn’t given the proper time to rise. Each time i visit it gets worse than the time before. Presentation is everything. So hopefully the entire staff go back to the basics of donut dough rising to put out a better product and better wait time to get the product.

This is the place for glazed donuts or it used to be. Everytime I come here in the evening they say their out of glazed donuts. Shouldn't that be the one thing they make surplus of?? Not to mention you get stuck in line not able to leave, will not be returning.

Store was clean. Watched Hot donuts on the conveyor belt. Donuts all fresh. But I'm disappointed in the changes regarding the puffy full cream filled glazed donut to a ring shape with dabs of Kreme inside. When somethings been that good for so long, why change it?
