High turn over with staff but the service stays pretty consistent. Always courteous and fast. Crazy I always get my lemonade and have to wait for the food to have a sip because they put the straw in the bag. Maybe deliver the beverage with a straw.

I go to this Wendy's about 3 to 4 times a week to get my spicy chicken sandwich with cheese before I start my shift at work and every time that Chase and Daniel (manager) are working the customer service is EXCELLENT and my sandwich is fresh because they make it right as I'm ordering it and I dont mind having to wait because they treat me so well! I think Chase and Daniel deserve recognition for having great customer service and for the way they treat there customers! I will continue to go there and get my spicy chicken sandwich because of those 2 employees!

We had the $5 Biggie Bag. It was excellent the employees were very nice and the lobby was extremely clean. Thank you for great food and hospitality.

Wendy's is usually pretty good about service, but this time was different I was shorted on my order an also ended up with the wrong frosty as well.

Everything was made appropriately, and tasted good. It's hit or miss sometimes at this location but thumbs up tonight. The only thing was that I wished I had requested some napkins because we didn't get any...so I'm not sure if they were overlooked or if you need to ask for some.

It's great that my order has never been screwed up like McDonald's and BK. But sometimes the wait is longer than it should be; 15 - 20 minutes for drive thru mobile order pick up.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst wendys around. The staff is incompetent. Food is always missing when you go through the drive thru, and doors are locked so you can not go in. If your order is messed up, you can not get a refund, they will remake the food. But who's going to Trust it after the staff is arguing with you. Very unprofessional here. I would not recommend this place at all infact I would boycott it. Maplewood is the place to go if you want wendys

Used to be my go to fastfood chain. As of recently in the last half a year all of the burgers I've ordered have been tasting really fishy. I hate fish.
