Applebee's

By far the worst experience at an applebees ever. I couldn't decide what was worse the server or the food. Thank goodness the long Island was made right . Maybe just stay away from that place on Tuesday nights. The only time I'd ever recommend McDonald's over a restaurant. Only time I've ever tipped $5..... and to be honest I was hoping it would go to the bartender because even asking for a straw was a inconvenience for this server. $70 for the worst meal I've had in my life . Truthfully a disgrace

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had a restaurant. Brought my mom out for a birthday dinner and it was horrible. The host didn’t even greet us or say a word, just simply set menus on the table. The server seemed in a hurry while taking orders and instead of coming to the table she would yell across the restaurant to her tables to save herself steps. Prior to ordering we were offered specials that we ordered but after receiving the bill the prices didn’t reflect the specials we were told. The manager displayed the worst customer service of all and basically told us too bad and I’ll have to yell at her for offering that to you. Very disappointed and don’t plan on ever coming back.

Our server didn't do a good job. Skipped one person's order completely. Many walks back and forth because of inefficiency. I had the strawberry salad and the chicken was cooked into leather. My companions were not real impressed with their food either. I gave 2nd star because the drinks were good once we received them.

My boyfriend and I went in for lunch and they’re understaffed which is understandable. Meanwhile the waitress who was the only waitress working from what I counted 13+ tables was doing the best she can and working so hard to please everyone. Meanwhile the MANAGER was sitting in her butt not helping at all. Later was told she was sitting down visiting with family. Took countless bathroom breaks. The point of my story is the waitress what was working on March 8th 2022 during the lunch rush. Keep up the good work. Applebee’s doesn’t deserve you. You should work for a please where the manager respects you

I seldom do things like this but the service was horrendeous! The restaurant was moderately busy. We were told it would be a twenty minute wait but ended up to be longer. There were tables all over the restaurant full of dirty dishes, while the staff were standing around talking and laughing. Our waitress had to be asked to bring us silverware and water. My husband order ribs and a salad, he got mashed potatoes and ribs that were almost cold, no salad. Daughter ordered a chicken caesar salad which was the size of a side salad and hardly any dressing. Granddaughter had a salad which had very little dressing. My salad was drowning in dressing. Our bill was $90 and I tipped $5, which was to much for what was going on there. Never have had service SO BAD!
