Whataburger

My husband and I waited an hour at the curb side for our order. They didn't let us cancel the order nor gave us a refund. We had to take the order anyways and the cashier was not very helpful. But the worst thing was that they gave us a cold hamburger. I will never come back here. I must also add that they never apologized for making us wait so long. Definitely the worst customer service.

The foods good, it satisfies the burger craving. I don’t even bother with doing a curbside pick up but if you do I’d recommend setting the pickup time 10-15 minutes before you actually want it out to your car because they consistently make us wait in our car after it says it’s ready and we check in. No dinner rush or anything, not busy at all. Still 15 minutes late every time and cold. I’ve given up on the one here in town

Slowest drive-thru in America. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes for your order at off-peak times, even when you're the only car there. Half of that time is spent at the window. Every time.they ring you up, its like the first time they've used the checkout system. Try going to another fast food place of you actually want fast food. I'm not sure a manager even works here.

Really didn't want whataburger because it's been terrible where I live at the last 3 times I've tried it but there weren't many options where I was currently at so I stopped here. Figured new location so maybe it will be better and it was. Fries were fresh and not too much salt and the burger was delicious and freshly made. The service was also very nice. This location reminded of how whataburger should be done. Much appreciated

Awesome franchise, but this isn't the best-run example of it. My Whataburger with bacon and cheese was delicious, as expected (after I went back and got the cheese they forgot). The floors were dirty; you could "skate" everywhere you needed to go (it was that greasy). Nothing that can't be fixed, and I hope they fix it ASAP.

Worst drive thru. It was 5 in the morning. They said that the order would take 7-9 minutes and made me wait for half an hour on the parking lot. I then went inside to check if my food was ready but one of them yelled rudely “the lobby isnt open yet”. I asked them for my order and showed them the receipt. And, then!! they gave me my order l. Next time I went in, I wanted to order Chicken Sandwich. But, they said it isn’t available. Another vehicle already lined up behind me. Now, to get out of that drive thru I had to wait for almost 20 minutes because there were just two vehicles infront of me.
