I'm a fan of BK but the food is never fully cooked. My cheese bites are half frozen. Unsalted fries and holy hell. They slathered the burger in mustard! I uploaded a photo. That's all mustard! I think the employees here are trying to get fired. Oh. The coke was just slightly coke tasting soda water. This was my third try with nasty food. I don't know how a place can fall so badly

This has the be the slowest drive through I have ever been to, I am writing this review sitting in said drive through. The last few times I have been here, not only is it slow, but the order has always been wrong! Don’t expect accuracy or speedy or even good customer service if you stop here.

I ordered a Doirdash order from here today. It arrived quickly. My bacon cheeseburger had no bacon and I never got the big king sandwich I ordered. THE Doordash order was incorrect. I'm not happy.

This BK by UWSP campus has been disappointing. The other BK on the east side or town on Hy 10 is 5 stars compared to this place.
This north side BK gets the order wrong very often so check what’s in your bag before you drive off. Too bad because it’s a better location. Food is only OK.

Get a whole new team and manager. Hot frys, cold nuggets. Frys put in bag upside down. Burgers were good. If the manager is the one training them, fire the manager, and keep the staff. Its not the staffs fault if the trainers suck at training. This place hasnt changed since the first day it opened. You guys need more employees. To say the least. Sorry for sounding like a jackass. I gave it 3/5 because the burgers smacked.

By far the worst burger king I've ever been to. 10+ minute waits with no other customers? Cold food after a long wait. Workers not wearing masks and touching face. I've had 5 bad experiences for ever good one and this time was so bad I couldn't let it slide. The lady told me to wait while she looked for BBQ sauce to give me and I requested zesty as a backup if she couldn't find any. After waiting I was handed a bag with no sauce and nothing was said to me before I drove off without my sauce... come on BK...

11:15AM, 11/12. I ordered chicken nuggets French fries and a whopper. Everything was cold and I was one of 2 people there. Everything was cold. Everything. This has happened multiple times at this location. Are managers trained to check the food? Are employees trained to know that food should be hot? Regardless it should be common sense. Pathetic.

Everytime I go here there's always something that's missing or wrong with my order. Never had exactly what I ordered and that's honestly sad. I was very excited in the beginning when I heard they were making a new Burger King in town since I love Burger King, but it was a letdown. I've continued to go here hoping that someday my order would be right and it hasn't. I give up
