I ordered an iced caramel mocha and got a large one and there is no ice in it. It looks as if it was made by accident and sitting out on the counter for hours before handing it to us. The whip cream filled the 1/4 of the cup up and the drink tastes like plain milk.

Ordered 2 Big Macs & 2 dbl cheese burgers. Rock hard buns on all and no Mac sauce. Worst I’ve ever seen from McDonald’s. Stay away from this McDonald’s. Horrible food. Never going back again to this one. Also food is ice cold. They are incompetent here. Terrible! This is Eastside highway 10 McDonald’s in Stevens Point.

Inside closed which is very unfortunate but the staff are friendly. I have a truck that's too big to go through the drive through so had to get curbside

Lobby is closed. Kids can’t go potty, even though the door says, “come on in”. Drive thru took 25 minutes.
Should have just got the subway at the gas station down the street cuz their bathroom and lobby was open.

I haven't been to McDonald's in two years and before that it was 5 years since I went to a McDonald's.
Somehow they screwed up our order twice. First they forgot the drinks. Then the sandwich was a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. I got a regular chicken sandwich.
Reminds me of why I stopped going there.

Ordered through mobile app. Paid and waited through mobile order curbside pickup. Waited for over 20 minutes. At 7 a.m. when no one else was here. I had to get out to go inside to grab my order. To my surprise they didn't even set it in the bag. It was just sitting up at the counter. not understanding why there is a mobile order pick up. If the orders aren't being made. Or even being brought out to the paying patrons.

Messed up order and didn't include forks/knives for either of the two pancake meals. I also ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and gave us the wrong sandwiches.This is One of the worst mcdonalds I visited.

These poor guys can't get an order right to save their souls. It's so bad that I actually feel bad for them. Consistently mess things up for myself, my mother, my husband, and my friends. (And this was before coVID- so we can't even use that as an excuse) *shakes head
