Burger King

Stevens Point is the WORST Burger King I've been to and the manager was extremely rude. We ordered a texas whopper meal and 2 extra regular double whoppers burgers one no pickle and one no tomato. All 3 of them were wrong and all had jalapeños on them and the Texas had no bacon. so we had to drive back through the drive through and she told us we ordered them wrong even tho our receipt was exactly correct just the burgers were all wrong. She would only remake the 2 extras because "the Texas comes with jalapeños!" We know, but still missing bacon. And we dont want jalapeños on the 2 extra ones She! She said "well I heard you order a number 2 and it comes with jalapeños!" So we finally got sick of sitting at the window and said fine just make the 2 extras. So he never did get bacon on his Texas. There was no offer of any money off or coupons or anything so we paid full price for these AND ALL of the patties were very burnt. It was gross and we tossed most of the order out. Such disappointing way to spend $30.

One of the better BK’s in the area/state. Usually am served by one of two ladies. They are both so polite and friendly. A real change from most drive thru’s these days. The burgers are also fresher here and not packaged so poorly. Decent onion rings. Seldom a mistake on my order. Only problem is they don’t accept a $50 bill. With inflation so bad this past year, a $20 doesn’t cover a family meal anymore. Today 50 is yesterday’s 10. Let’s go Brandon.

Three strikes and your out. Each time I’ve been here the order was either forgotten, (yes, I paid, waited, and had to go in because they “forgot” to serve us) very late, or wrong 😑. None of my visits were during a time that I would consider to be busy. I realize good help is hard to find, but I’m not sure what else to say. I hope they get better, and I just had bad luck.

Today, May 20, 2022 @ 12:15. My husband and I went to the drive thru and was told from a lady that the worker will be with us shortly. Watied 5 mins and a gentleman through the speaker said the same thing that someone will be with us shortly. Next thing you know a car pulls up on the first lane drive thru and that person was helped right away. And yes we drove off, I guess our money is no good to them. Very poor customer service I don't recommend coming to this Burger King.

its pretty dumb for burger king to have an exclusive deal with coke to have surge in their stores and not use it. the newest burger king in the area is the smallest and it's the only one in the area with out a freestyle soda machine. the service is mediocre at best the music is too loud and the old style soda machine seals the deal. go here if I'm getting drive thru but go to plover if I'm dining in.

Had my husband pick up lunch at this Burger King location. Took them over 15 minutes to get the order out to him. He was the only customer they had the whole time he was there. When asked, the response was "sorry, we had to wait for the meat to come out of the broiler" I'm sorry, but that's just unacceptable.
