Taco Bell

From the very start this experience was awful. The manager Jesse W took our order. We requested time to review the order and were pushed continously for an answer even after we requested additional time to review the menu a 2nd time. Then, when we got to the window to pay, we were not greeted or anything. A farewell, "Have a nice day," was given, however after the first bite of our order, a large hair was found in the very first bite. We called the store immediately and requested to talk to a manager and Jesse answered the phone. We explained what happened, and continued to be told we could come back through and get a new order, with no apology for the awful customer service and what we can only expect to be the deliberately placed hair in our meal. Jesse hung up on us. You have now loss a lifetime customer and we will post/share and tell our story where ever needed. This was hands down one of the worst experiences we have every had.

We went there and we ordered the 12 pack of tacos, they asked if we wanted them supreme and I said NO to them twice and when we went to the window and I asked them to make that the tacos were not supreme and he told us they weren't and we got our food got home and my son went to get a taco and they were supreme with tomatoes and sour cream they were all like that!!!!!!!! We were not happy! I called and told then exactly what I ordered and gave them my order # and they have no record of my order

The woman who took my order on Monday 12-20-2021 was extremely rude. She complained about her being the only worker in the store. She got loud and made me never want to go back to this location again. I feel bad for this location district manager if they have employees treating customers poorly. I even told the lady working hello, and she slammed the window in my face. I even told her have a nice day, and there was nothing said back. Just all around poor service. Not nice at all. I give this store 0 out of 5.

This Taco Bell has consistently proven itself as fresh, fast, and flavorful.... whenever my hunger strikes and I want a quick meal that’s budget friendly I know that this place will hit the spot. I know what it is I’m getting due to the consistency of their preparation... I know I’ll get it fast because even with 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru I’ve never been in line longer than 10 minutes... ...and I know my meal will cost almost half as much as some other fast food chains. So, yeah... This place is great. I voted four stars only because of one minor but as consistent as their proven positive traits... A large drink here doesn’t last me the 4 blocks home!!! Why are the drinks so tiny! That’s meager though considering I still drive through at least twice a weak. I just order two drinks!
