Matsuya has a great selection of both traditional as well as more americanized sushi rolls. You'll know that you're getting top quality ingredients without costing you an arm and a leg compared to other larger cities in regard to their prices.

Matsu Ya never lets us down. Every sushi roll is fresh and perfectly done. We had the Tako Yaki for an app, a Taco Roll, Fire Dragon Roll and Spicy Cali roll for dinner last night and all were exceptional. Though they were out of Plum wine, the flight of sake we tried went down well. The server was prompt, knowledgeable and kept a good eye on our drinks throughout the meal. Always a treat to eat here and explore the seasonal rolls.

My friend and I met in Stevens Point and decided to try this restaurant. We were not disappointed! The restaurant was noticeably busy with other dine-in customers as well as mobile ordering, but the service was quick and our waiter was very attentive. Also, the food was delicious! My friend ordered a Bento Box and I had the Special Maki Combination. We both loved our food. The sushi was flavorful and very well-made. We will definitely be back!

Having trouble finding a better sushi place in central Wisconsin. Amazing staff and the quality of their food is excellent. If you miss good sushi, give Matsu Ya a chance. You won't be disappointed!

First time so tried sushi was here. It was INCREDIBLE!! I have had in other restaurants since and they all fail in comparison. It is so fresh and made to perfection!! I never thought I’d like it and I LOVE it!!!
