Taco Bell

Pulled up and ordered a whopping 3 items. We waited for 10 minutes, just for them to forgetting cinnamon twists. Like really? If you’re going to take awhile on the order at least make sure it’s not missing 1/3 of the order. I’m unbelievably disappointed. Makes me not want to go to a Taco Bell EVER again. I expect to be paid a refund and then some from Taco Bell if they want to keep a customer. NOT COOL!!!!

When we pulled in she started off by asking if we had exact change or using a card because they didn't have change. I stated we would most likely have exact change. She huffed loudly through the speaker and didn't say anything else until I added I could pay with a card if needed. We ordered and pulled to the window. After waiting a few moments we received our order. As we checked the bag before we left the parking lot we noticed 1 missing item so we went back through to have it fixed. They demanded the bag and them proceeded to unwrap every item with their crusty fingers. The item indeed was missing and they offered the bag back with no apology for inconvenience. They also didn't offer to remake any the items they violated. Customer service and food quality clearly arent priority. Go to Taco John's.

The people are nice and friendly but... Ive spent alot of money here for my order to never be right. And when im buying food just to throw it away because someone wants to serve me trash instead of taking 30 seconds to make another one? Ridiculous. At this point Taco bell owes me some complimentary meals. Ive thrown away food worth well over $20 and not 1 time had my order prepared correctly.

I was coming back from a trip and me and a few friends decided to pop over. And I have a long list of what happened, When we walked in there was no AC, The card machines were separated from the money counter, There were no drinks, Yes No Drinks, I wish them well but they better get their act on track.
