The food and service at Fiesta Mexican Restaurant was good. This is a very small town with several good Mexican Restaurants. I was pleased with my order at the restaurant, I thought it was slightly overpriced but was a great stop during my long road trip.

Decent food, fast service. For a small town this place gets busy. So make sure you turn up a little early or call ahead.
They have $3 happy hour margaritas.

Steadily busy however, wait staff did exceptional on keeping everyone happy with refills or to go boxes. The Fiesta burrito was huge and the pink lemonade wasn't watered down. I even got a to go cup! I will be going back!

First time visit, was very good, compliment to the chef, best fajita steak salad I've ever had, Pina colada was perfect wasn't too sweet!!

Very bland. Hot sauce was sweet, yuck! Enchiladas were made of already made meat. YUCK! We will not be back! Very slow service, at least for us. Everyone else got drinks quick. We had tea and water, still waited for a long time, almost finished our chips and bean dip, did not eat salsa, it was sweet. Waste of money!

Found this place on our way traveling from Nebraska. So glad we did. An unexpected gem. The fajitas are hands down one of the best I have ever eaten. We loved it so much we made this a stop on our way back home. The service was friendly and speedy. Will be back again when we return to Colorado!
