Taco Bell

Probably the worst service I have gotten from Taco Bell in awhile. I haven’t had Taco Bell in like a year probably. Thought It sounded good. The girl taking our order was getting confused which I don’t know how I wanted 3 nacho cheese tacos and an order of nacho fries and she gave me 3 orders of nacho fries. Maybe you should teach your employees how to take orders before putting them on the headset🤷🏼‍♀️ I work fast food so I get it but I expected to get what I ordered when I got home. And all the food was cold too! Ridiculous.

Ordered some food tonight for the first time in forever. Well got two steak chalupas cold , even the meat was cold. I mean I know the food service industry is hurting right now but i still expect my food to be warm 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess at least I got the food I ordered. Also cold cheese for my chips and cheese 🙄

I got a cheesy gordita crunch and first of all it wasn't hot ... secondly it was so saturated in grease or the juices from the meat that I took 1 bite and it spilled out of my wrapper and onto a brand new shirt I was wearing that is now ruined. I have never had this kind or experience at any other Taco Bell... super disappointed and upset that a shirt I finally got to wear for the first time is garbage now.

Service was terrible! First, they "lost" our order. Then, when we asked them about it, they gave us the wrong order. Then we finally got 6 tacos (that's all!) but there were kids (middle school age) running around the restaurant throwing things and the mother just stood and watched them. Not one employee said anything. I won't go back.
