Burger King

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Yessenia!! I work late and have stopped by a few times this week to grab something quick after a long day. Even in the POURING RAIN, Yessenia is there with a smile on her face that makes me feel like she happy to help me, instead of the bothersome looks I’ve become accustomed to with other drive through professionals. It really makes a difference, and I hope it doesn’t go unnoticed!!

Some of the nicest staff at a fast food restaurant in Sterling. Dining area is clean too. What a difference when compared to the Taco Hell next door. I never really liked Burger King, but my kids wanted to try it and I'm glad I did. It's Burger King so I won't really comment on the taste, but our food was cooked and put together well. Not just slapped on a tray or thrown in a bag like Taco Smell.

There is an employee here; her name is Issemina I believe. Hopefully I am spelling it correctly. She’s easily one of the best employees I have come across in the Fast food industry. She deserves a raise for her customer service skills and more importantly her empathy towards the customers. May she do well, not just in her role but in life as well. Lots of best wishes. I stopped by today to get food with my wife and 3 kids, wen we got inside I started to remember that me and my wife used to go to Burger King back in NY in the year 2000 when we were in high school, I know you might be thinking what this has to do with the review, well here it is since we used to go to Burger King back in 2000 and we went a lot to burger kings, I’m sure to said I had not ever have such of good service like today Randy the gentleman that took our order even though that it was only 10 minutes before the lobby closed he was really I mean really friendly and helpful it’s nice to see that there is people that love what they do you can see he’s nice smiling face thanks Randy for being such of nice person thank you And God bless you

I've been coming here probably once a week since moving to Cascades. I've never been disappointed. The service is smooth, the food is good, and if you order on the app you can get a pretty good deal. Inside the store is clean and the employees really do seem to care about the customer. Of the many fast-food options in Potomac Falls/Cascades, this is where you want to go.
