The staff are so incredibly kind and sweet. I just haven't been able to get a waffle for the past few visits, I literally go there for that reason. But I understand they are understaffed. Still the ice cream is delicious! Get the cookie monster!

What a nice boba spot! Everyone was polite and the drinks were delicious. We bought the brown sugar boba milk tea and the ube milk tea. Loved both!

Went in, found the place near the Macys, ordered my drink and got it within 5 minutes. Really not sure what these 1 star reviews are talking about when they say “poor customer service” It’s a boba shop inside of a mall, not a 5 star restaurant where they’re gonna pamper and check in on you every few minutes, stop being so entitled and complaining about customer service and enjoy your drink.

I love the boba here, I go here everytime. They have aot of ranges of Boba drinks, they provied excellent service and the workers are so nice. I recommend stopping by and getting a drink because the drinks are so well made!

I read the reviews before coming here so I knew that the wait time is long. I imagine it’s because they’re short staffed. I tried the strawberry lemon green tea which was very sweet and yummy. The bubble waffle that you order with the rolled ice cream is very good and unique. The rolled ice cream was decent. If you don’t mind the wait time and you like boba + ice cream, check this place out.

I literally spent about $90 in 4 hours of being at the mall, visiting this place 3 times lol The owner was speaking to customers the 3rd visit & just letting us know she was short staffed (most businesses are) and that she appreciate our patience! The waffles 🧇 are so good! I'm definitely visiting again. Mind you this is handmade ice cream! Fresh waffles, freshly made drinks so definitely go & have some patience because it's definitely worth the wait. There also is 2 types of Bobba & the poppin bobba is my favorite! Enjoy! I hate I didn't get pictures of all the things we tried but everything was great!

Wow, the many styles and flavors of tea and rolled ice cream is amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner at my last visit and she was so patient explaining the various teas, how they make the boba, and then attentive to details in mixing me the perfect refreshing, not-too-sweet tea. I’ll be back real soon!
