Sonic Drive-in

Great place. Food is always hot and fresh and the staff is amazing. Special shout out to Terry who was working today. He was leaving and while we sitting eating he walked by to make sure we were happy with our meal. Customer service like that is a lost art and he showed people still care about the customer. He even went back in to grab us some icing for our cinnasnack. Absolutely stand up guy and we are super appreciative of him going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Hire more people like Terry!

The gentlemen working were very nice and seem to work well as a team. Even when one item was missing they graciously apologized and made it right.. I truly appreciated their courtesy and great customer service skills. They made it where you wouldn't want to be mad at them, they were just that great in customer service.

Once I got there I ordered 2 shakes through the mobile app and wrote which number I was for the stall. It says your name in the bottom left and it said paid and in the kitchen. After 15 minutes it was still the same and after that 15 minutes 2 different families came and ordered a huge meal. Another 15 minutes go by and they both get their food and I still have nothing. I asked the guy and he said with a attitude “do you not see me working here, there are other cars here”. And then he walked away. Then after that another person gave me a receipt to another cad and then told me to order. I was confused and told them I got 2 shakes. Then she went back and I saw one of the cooks getting mad and it looked like he was yelling. After all that I got the 2 shakes and they were basically melted. I didn’t say anything and left. It was a horrible experience for my first time there.

I think they may be understaffed which is fine and understandable. However, they left us sitting at the drive up menu for 20 mins. If they weren't taking orders outside she should've told us through the speaker. My kids meals were half full and they messed up our simple order of slushies....I don't really complain about fast food but we won't go out of our way to go to this location.
