I’m exhausted with getting the wrong order from this location. We ordered a Cobb salad and got a skimpy Greek salad. They usually get the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich right but today they added on a different dressing that would have given me an allergic reaction if I had taken a bite without checking the inside. Completely done with this location.

Constantly gets our orders wrong. This time my veggie sandwich had turkey and bacon on it (some veggie sandwich!) so I couldn’t even eat it. Also the tomato cucumber salad upgrade for 1.99 was only half full, it was literally 3 bites for me. The French onion soup also did not have the croutons in it or on the side like it usually does. If you order from here check everything before leaving or you will be disappointed.

OK. I know lots of peeps love Panera Bread but it seemed average to me. I make better sandwiches than this place. Their Tuna Salad sandwich miss flavor. Yea, it tasted like tuna but no seasonings for taste. Their Ceasar Salad had no taste. Like it was out of a bag or one of those Salad kits you buy at the grocery store. The husband had their Flatbread and a fruit Salad. He said it was only OK. I was surprised because when we got it, everything looked beautiful. Just nothing had any flavor. The fruit wasn't sweet. Their Flatbread was OK. He said it had flavor but it was garlic. I gave Panera 4 stars because I like the atmosphere, their drinks are phenomenal and love the Bread.

HUGE shout out to Manager Heather for her truly awesome attitude and last minute miracle-making support for our company order. Everything that could go wrong did on our side, and she was on top of helping us out and making it happen. And she did it! WOW! Everything was fresh, packaged with names, perfect, and on time. I'm so very grateful to Heather and her team for their excellent food and service! We had taken a break from Panera for previous order accuracy issues, but with Heather at the helm, our confidence has been restored and we'll be back! Thank you!!

I am very upset I picked up an order today at 8:51pm of a steak and white cheddar, chicken noodle soup, and a chicken wild rice soup. Let me just include the pictures of the chicken noodle soup- there is a total of ONE noodle and 2 carrots . If they were out of chicken noodle soup i would’ve happily changed my order. I am highly dissatisfied.

You can only order what on the wall and nothing else. My tuna sandwich was disappointing all bread lettuce huge slice of onion and hardly no tuna. Drink water down, staff appeared exhausted and the manager was not engaging with assisting with the staggering cashier who kept saying we don’t sell it at this location we have only what on the wall. My first time at Panera Bread what a biggg disappointing experience. It was freezing at this location.

I have not been to Panera in a long time. I will tell you they are not shy on their pricing. I had oatmeal with strawberries and a coffee. It was good. Went back to get more decaf and they don't check their coffees. It was empty and I waited but my friend wanted to leave.

This place was great. I had ordered a Greek salad, a bowl of broccoli and cheddar cheese soup, and a chicken Avocado BLT sandwich, and I was pretty satisfied with everything!
