Went through the drive thru. Despite a long line initially, it moved quick. I ordered 3 drinks, and they were all correct and delicious. Hit the spot on a hot summer day.

Went in to buy a pound of coffee today. Handed it over and I was asked "do you care how it's ground?" Um, yes, I do!
So after waiting a moment for it to be ground, it was handed back to me. Now from my experience, I know that one of these bags should be pretty well stuffed full after being ground. This one was not. I get home and drop it on my postage scale. It weighs 12 ounces. Meaning that 4 oz or 25 percent of the coffee I paid for is either stuck in the grinder, spilled on the counter, or somewhere else! Nearly $4 worth of coffee, gone! Not acceptable!
Thanks for reminding me why I don't normally go to Starbucks!

Love these drinks the staff here have been making my drinks and breakfast for the past 2 months while I’m away from home, they are super friendly and very quick and the specialty drinks are delicious and hot first thing in the morning thanks guys and gals for making my stay in Sterling Heights great

Stopped to get our routine drinks. No food. Service was pleasant, fast, & OK. No fruit in my Strawberry Acia.

Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe from this friendly location. The staff was nice and service was quick. I used the drive-thru. This frappe could’ve used more ice. Not as frozen as some of the other drinks I’ve had at other locations. However,it was still tasty. I’ll try this place again to see if this was a one off or it’s a typical Frappe for this location.

Great Staff.. Always great to my Puppies too... I think they fell in love with my baby bear... He loved getting his pup cup from them.... All the employees treat you right there... never a complaint since they opened...
