I meet my friend here on our lunch breaks at least once a month. The guys there are awesome, always super friendly, accommodating to us with our time schedule, and the food kicks ass. My only complaint is no matter how many times I've been there, I always pull into the wrong driveway, lol, but thats because I'm a flake - not the restaurants fault. I've seriously considered jumping the curb and lawn to avoid going back on Hall rd... maybe one day they just connect the few parking lots there?

Food was good. Our waitress was horrible. I've left less than a 15% tip about 3x in my life and this was one of them. Rang in the wrong meal, another waiter was the one who helped fix it. Didn't come back to fill drinks. We were done eating for about 15 minutes. Finally had to get up to get my tab. Go to the van Dyke location. It's much better service

Food was Excellent! Manager was nice, The restaurant was nice. Our waiter was a jerk. Biggest attitude ever, rude to us, I'm not some young person, and I'm not old, but to bring us food with no option, no refills on beverages, threw the bill down. If this place wants to succeed they need to get rid of people like the waiter we had. Good Luck!

Horrible service. Extremely rude servers. We sat for almost 15 minutes with no service and once they finally did come to our table to take the order it was 10 minutes until the lunch prices were over. We asked to order an item from the lunch menu and the server extremely rudely said you have to hurry the lunch prices are over at 3. We placed our order and not even 5 minutes later we decided to change the order to a different combination from the lunch menu but mind you it was the same price the server told us no he will not change it. Finally we had to get a manager and explained what was going on he pretended to care and told us he would take an item off the bill for the trouble but when the bill came nothing was done. After some time arguing they finally took the item off. Not to mention the food was cold when it came out but that's besides the point. Save yourself the trouble don't go there.

The food was well prepared, and the music they were playing was great .... so why a 1 star review?? The service was the worst I've had at any restaurant in a very long time. The waiter my family had NEVER came to check on us (we had to flag him down EVERY time we needed ANYTHING). He NEVER ghosted the table (which filled it up with used plates and trash VERY fast). He failed to mention that asking for extra tortillas would cost us an extra $1 per 3 small tortillas, even though our meals came with tortillas (not near enough for the meals, by the way). And as the icing on the cake, when I asked for boxes for our leftovers 3 times (which he confirmed hearing as he walked away with a whole plate of food), he dumped the plate of food that he took with him, and brought a box for the one plate of food that was left on the table when he came back (you know ... instead of getting boxes for ALL of our food). I could not possibly be more upset that an otherwise satisfactory experience was ruined all the way down to a 1 star review, by such excessively poor service. I'm actually MAD at myself for being a decent enough person to tip the waiter at all (it was against my better judgement, but I just couldn't bring myself to stiff someone on a tip, even though his service level MORE than deserved it)

Worst service I've ever had. We weren't even greeted by our waiter until we had been there for 10 minutes. Our orders were so wrong that my boyfriend couldn't even eat his due to allergies and mine was missing parts. It took us 15 minutes to flag our waiter down, and he then charged us for the wrong bill. We were charged $40 instead of $15. When brought to the managers attention, he didnt even say a single word to us, and we had to be told where to go by a different waiter. We have to wait 3 days for the money to come back and when we tried to tell the manager all the problems we had he literally ignored us. Ive never been treated so badly. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.
