Kentucky Fried Chicken

Went in to grab lunch for a coworker and I ordered 2 potato famous bowls and waited for like 30 mins just to see they accidentally made Mac n cheese bowls….. no big deal I asked if they were supposed to be the 2 I ordered the kid and I mean kid at the counter grabbed them and told me they were made wrong went behind a corner for about 10 seconds came back out with 2 “new” bowls which turned out to be the same 2 mac n cheese bowls that were made wrong so thanks 🙏 didn’t get what I ordered and wasted my lunch break.

Thursday june 9th at 5:20pm went to eat in got the wrong order they gave me the chiken that wasnt mine it was the drive trus order so i returned it then they say 15 min later that they didnt have original or buiscuits then my sides were also wrong(i also returned them) than accused me that i ate the sides so at this point im aggrevitated so i asked for my money back and the supervisor(lady) came with an attitude to give me my money back ... please dont go here to eat especially if your hungry horrible service will never come back doesnt even deserve that one star

The food was good but the service sucked. After I ordered three other people came in and placed their orders and all of them got their food before me. It wasn't until I complained that I got my order. While I was waiting a man came in who had been in the drive thru and was told that they lost his order for him and his family. He was hot!

Service was awful!! They forgot half of our meal and acted like it was an inconvenient when we asked for the rest of the food we purchased. We had to ask for ketchup, honey, butter and the doing sauces after we finally got our food. The wait time (there was only 2 other guests in the restaurant) was over 20 minutes for them to even get the first part of our order. I love KFC, but I won't go to this location again!
