Stopped late 4/8/22. It was the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to in two years. Staff was excellent and courteous. Order was filled quickly.

Food was good but employees very unprofessional. Everytime I have to pull forward and wait for them to bring out food. That takes away the purpose of going through drive thru. And every other time I get told shake machine is down.

Before today you wouldnt catch me pulling up at this Arby's location. The service and food was horrible. My friend wanted Arby's, so I gave in and we went to arby's.
This place has completely changed for the better. The lady taking my order was very sweet and very thorough, she read my entire order back and She was also very pleasant at the window. My food was amazing and freshly made, not a single item missing, I had napkins and all condiments I asked for. Very very impressed. You have gained a customer back! Thanks y'all I'll be back soon!

Great service. Food was fresh and very 😋. Lots of items on the menu. Enjoyed the crinkle cut fries they offer. My wife likes them more than the curly fries 🍟.

They're brisket is not too shabby. Good flavor and good price considering the price local BBQ shops want for it.

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich meal and got two bites in before I realized the center wasn't cooked. It was fully raw and pink. I dont know if its a problem with their cooking time or just my sandwhich but that should NEVER happen. Not eating here again.
