I ordered 2 buckets of original recipe. The service was fine and it was ready when I arrived, however, the chicken was soggy, not crispy. The soggy breading slid off most of the pieces as we pulled them out of the bucket, and at the bottom of one of the buckets were 2 scorched black pieces. I was embarrassed to serve this and won't be returning.

Very rude female workers on the night shift 6/22/22. There was a young male working the register that was polite and took my order but each female on the shift during this time (6:40ish) were very rude. Did not answer questions, pushed the food across the counter and had a nasty attitude. The one star I’m giving in this rating is only because of the male who helped at the counter.

Wasted my money. Never had a issue till recently. The chicken was hot but omg it smelled like and tasted like rancid grease. We talking 5 yr old grease.

So disappointed with KFC. I've never had fried chicken so bad. My 12 piece dinner was bagged up before I got to the window in drive thru. Never going there again.

Praise GOD! The service was Superb! They were very patient (wasn't sure what I wanted) and they explained the extra charge for my drink and gave me a really good Arnold Palmer instead of a half sweet tea with lemonade which would have been extra money! There is a difference in the prices so be mindful when you order a half & half sweet tea with lemonade. Just order an Arnold Palmer!

Never had any issues until now. While on dinner break, I ordered a #3 which includes 3 peices of chicken, a side, a biscuit and a drink. I ordered my chicken original recipe. When I arrived back to my job and began to eat, my chicken had an appearance of it being old, or reheated. The boney part of the chicken wing after breaking it apart was bloody and old looking. Never had this experience before when visiting their restaurant. Very disappointed. Don't know when I'll be going back.

This is the second time I have gone there and both times they have screw up my order. Either these kids can not read ENGLISH or don’t care. The chicken was old and very dry and also was missing the add on. Prices did not match up to what the menu shows to what the computer tells them. All I know is I will never go there ever again. These kids needs to be retrained on how to cook and the managers need to be more responsible. Kids on there cell phones seem to come first before customers.
