First time I am submitting a negative review here, the shrimp tasted old it was not crispy how the menu advertised. The Bahamas mama was horrible also

The service is very friendly. The place is clean. The mac and cheese was watered down eith a piece of cut up bacon and then other soggy bacon? Or ham? With three small tenders. Not worth the 23 dollar price tag but I'm not surprised it's a chain restaurant. I should've just stuck to appetizers as my spinach dip was amazing as it usually is. Had a Red sangria and it was decent too.

The hosts are absolutely superb. Whatever you need and you may expect to be available, they'll deliver in a satisfactory manner. We are talking about a chain, not a private Michelin star restaurant, of course, but that's what one should expect, innit? An important thing: you can enjoy the bar area without excessively loud music. In my opinion, that alone deserves 4/5 starts. The attention to customer adds the fifth. (And I'm an introvert, so there was enough attention, without making me feel uncomfortable)

Great service and delicious food here. I like how they bring out the silverware in the plastic baggies. This should have been done even before covid.
