There was this kid named John with a backwards hat and glasses who worked super late at night. He is so sweet and works really hard. Give him a raise! He is super efficient and got my order to PERFECTION!!!!! Literally deserves employee of the month. Even with a long line he for everything done quick and fast. 10/10 service! Give him a raise!!!

Staff blasts rap music in the store. You hear the N-word about every 15 seconds in here. Customers are standing there with little kids while the N-word plays over and over again. If that sounds pleasant to you, by all means get a donut here. Very trashy

One of the best D & D on Staten Island. The coffee is always hot & the donuts are always fresh. Don't forget about the staff, extremely pleasant & courteous.

Ahmed and the young lady he is working with now (I'm sorry, but I didn't get her name) provided me (as well as the other customers while I was there) with Excellent Customer Service. They were Professional, Personable, Polite, and Timely. My breakfast sandwich was Hot and Fresh - and my iced coffee was prepared the way I like it. As a result, I thoroughly enjoyed my Breakfast, this morning. Keep Up The Good Work!!

There's nothing more sweeter than waking up and door-dash Dunkin Donuts.
It always comes in a hurry. Which is a good thing. Sometimes regular coffee doesn't do the trick. If you can't for door_dash then drive down to the store and you can feel the energy of hard worker staff and a line longer than the old game snake. Two lines form one for the online orders and one for the register to place an order. The staff here is remarkable. I lost my wallet with a cash full of money and the manager here found it and gave it to me the next time I was there. I didn't even realize I lost it.

Loved this dunkin, been going here over 15 yrs, however I absolutely CANNOT stand the pan handlers that stand outside harassing customers, dunkin employees confirmed the COPS do nothing about it, this alone may makes me want to go to a different dunkin, nobody wants to be harassed early in the morning.

Disorganized and under staffed for a busy location. Took forever to get a simple coffee order. Piles of on line orders all over the counter. Customers handling all the coffees to see which was theirs. Skip this one if you can.
