Used to be a nice blonde boy who would make my coffee JUST RIGHT. Was a regular for years. Haven’t been seeing him so I stopped going because the quality of my coffee is inconsistent otherwise.

Used to come there every morning since 2019, but today was my final visit there.

I would give them a zero. They gave me the wrong order and to top it off they asked me to drink my coffee outside in the freezing cold when it was 10 am and no other customers in the shop. If I would of known that they were gonna do that... I would of never went there.

Fast, friendly service. Helpful, attentive staff. Quick processing of order. Unfortunately, at the time of my visit there was no indoor seating (due to Covid-19 restrictions.) However, there is a parking lot shared with a Mobil Gas station. I parked and met a friend, we enjoyed a cuppa in a car while we chatted. A Covid-19 make do! A nicely run Dunkin', overall.
