Food is good. Delivery is horrible, not because of the drivers. The store fails to tell you how long delivery will be in advance, then when they do tell you it'll be a long wait anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half it's really 2 hours with cold soggy food brought to your door. Enployees are obviously overwhelmed and have to deal with angry client's because whej you call to complain you have to go on hold for about 10 minutes. Management needs to get it together with service. Don't bite more then you can chew.

I’ve ordered here many times before and suddenly there’s a new policy where they have to have the driver check your credit card and ID for a delivery. (Which is completely fake I called the corporate office and 2 other locations on the island and they said that’s only for pickup not delivery) I called again to speak to the manger the dude who canceled my order lied and said he was the manager. I told him distinctly what the other locations plus corporate said and he got very rude and started contracting himself. Moral of the story is don’t hand your ID and credit card out to the drivers because they just want your information. It’s highly inappropriate for anyone to ask for my information when I already inputted in the online system.
