I live Upstate NY and miss a real NYC bagel. My good friend sent me two dozen of your fabulous huge bagels overnight. What a wonderful and thoughtful surprise. I am over the moon! Nothing up here even comes close. Amazing how a simple bagel can bring so much joy !!!!

I live outside of Washington DC. I read a story about this restaurant feeding the homeless. It moved me so much. When I get back to NY, I will make Bagels and Buns a priority stop. It’s people like you that make a big difference in this world. God bless you all.

I've never actually been here because I'm from the Albany area and havent been to Staten Island before but I just read about how the owners always offer a homeless man a meal and water whenever he stops in. They've been doing it for a while and it absolutely touched my heart! What amazing people! Bl

Ordered 2 breakfasts for me and my Mom. Never again. The turkey was so dry,the eggs extremely hard,hard hard,the bacon harder than wood and the toast was burnt. Home fries looked like yesterday's old potatoes, no color,no taste just a lump of boiled potatoes. My mom wouldn't and couldn't eat this

Place isn't really that clean and coffee is burned. It's also over priced for some reason in a way that doesn't match the level of service. Most of the meat and cheese are not wrapped and actually touches the shelf. Deli stuff look old and unsatisfactory. I usually give good ratings but this one was
