They never have sauce. Not the one that those I buy for want anyway. Said they were out of Mac&Chesse but proceeded to serve it to several customers. Strange but true.
At one point one of the staff was rude to someone as well.

The employees let people pick up your order that you scheduled for pickup and never double check then wanna argue and interrupt you when you ask them NICELY to remake it. Plus, some kid working in the kitchen sneezed without a mask on near the food.
They're ok, but I don't like that they sell Stale food before Lunch.
Worst service. The website says it closes at 11 and they start closing the store around 10:30. They either have to change the time on the website or keep working till 11.

Always a long line at this location because they only have one register open. I decided to do mobile order today but still have to wait a while before my order is ready.
Horrible customer service, waited over an hour and a half on three orders. I called an hour in to confirm they had everything I ordered THEY DID and they say the almost two hour delay is due to being short staffed
