The staff whenever I go there are really friendly and the girl already knows my order already.
Really love the morning staff that I see almost every time I go. Had my hash browns (& yes that is ketchup on my hash browns) and a lovely smiley face for my Friday's hot chocolate 😃

If you ever need a visit to Staten Island while visiting NYC from New England, then visit this Tim Horton’s! Unique experience since there aren’t many of this brand in the New England area. Great Food! Loved their fruit drinks!!!

No sense of urgency in this place. Multiple times I’ve had to walk out because I was waiting so long I almost missed my express bus. Maybe they are understaffed, Why is the cashier making the food?? Shouldn’t they be taking the next order as soon as the last person is wrung up? It’s not even like there is an online order option for walk-ins! The woman at the register in the morning is very friendly. But because if this issue they have lost a daily customer.

They have a more exciting variety of donuts! They are smaller in size, but taste sweeter. The Timbits were a disappointment because they were dry and tasted stale. The coffee had a deep rich flavor. The staff was not very friendly. Definitely prefer Tim Hortons donuts and coffee over Dunkin Donuts.

My favorite Canadian coffee chain in Newyork Staten Island , I love this brand almost all product , specially hot coffee awesome, this store have big parking and drive though service all day. Employee nice ,Bangladeshi owner this outlet. Overall this shop good.

coffee spot for today was this place...loved it...was only going to get coffee but they had NUTELLA donuts !!! So I got one and decided to give a cookies a try too. Clean store...good service...would recommend...

The cappuccino they make are very good delicious, specially with french vanilla. Their donuts are very bad compared to Dunkin donuts not so delicious,and smaller. Their customer service not so great they look like they don't want to work,show no interest and they take too long.
