We were working in Lock Haven which is about 45 min east of state college and this is the only Vietnamese restaurant in the 50 miles radius. That being said, it’s pretty legit for a college town in PA. Pho is always great and the only “complaint” I have is the egg rolls. They are pathetically tiny for the price you paid and it’s just okay.

This little spot has some of the most warming and delicious food in state college. Staff is welcoming and friendly, would highly recommend any of there pho’s! Even the sliced meat on rice is great and the iced coffee is amazing. Tip, if you order takeout please reheat the pho broth over the stove!

Nice place for delicious vietnamese food. Got there near five, it wasn't very busy. The staff was very friendly and kind. Feels like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed visiting.

The food is very good. The reason that I provide 1-star is because Pho11 has constantly increased the price...When I first visited this place, (3 yrs ago) the price for "P11" was $10.95, and now it is $13.95. I think it just rapidly increase its price because it is the only Pho place in State College...Dislike

This place is PHO-NOMENAL! Authentic noodle soup right in State College. Service is always prompt and friendly. Prices are awesome. They package their to-go orders immaculately as well, which is super handy during covid-19 times. Definitely recommend!
