We really enjoyed our breakfast here! The menu has a lot of interesting food options. I really enjoyed my "hash bowl", and my girlfriend enjoyed her waffle and sides. The coffee and tea options available are a huge perk over, say, the waffle shop, because they offer lattes/cappuccinos along with milk substitutes (oat, almond).
Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly.
We plan on coming again to try their homemade corn beef hash as well as some of their dishes involving smoked salmon/crab which piqued our interest.

This is a cute little place for quality breakfast. The location is a bit far from State college, almost on the outskirts.
The place was fairly busy when we visited them but managed to get a seat without any waiting.
I tried their waffle with fruits plus a Cafe latte. The waffle was fine and the fruits (banana, strawberry and blueberries) were fresh.
The service was quick and staff were very helpful.
A great location for quality breakfast.

Wonderful place for breakfast. I was worried with all the bad reviews claiming false things. But after getting my food, I have to say it was a great experience. I came on the Sunday at 10 and there was about a 10 minute wait which isn’t bad. The restaurant is located on the outskirts of State College. The parking lot fills quick so people usually park on the other side of the road.
Hash bowl (10/10): amazing breakfast combo. For only $10 too… such a great price and a great dish. I loved the spicy sauce and everything inside. It all worked together. Probably one of my favorite breakfast dishes I’ve ever had.
Waffle (9/10): great waffle, not as good as the waffle shop though but still good.
Banana bread (9/10): great. The bread was moist on the inside and had good flavors. Came out warm
Home fries (7/10): average home fries, nothing special. Kinda lacked seasoning
Overall, great experience. Everything came out to $30 which I thought was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back! Probably my favorite place for breakfast now in the area.

Pros: you can find egg Benedict. Coffee is quite good. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Kind staffs.
Cons: a bit slow service. Once we got foods on paper plates. Not many tables.
Menu: egg benedicts are great. Home fries are kinda signature menu, but they are available only before 11am.
Conclusion: this is less heavier than Waffle Shop. I will come for egg benedicts.

Yum! Intimate and quaint. Great service (even on their busiest days). The Hash Bowl never disappoints. 12/10

We've always wanted to try this place, but since we're normally up in State College on football weekends, the waits are usually too long. However, we happened to be up in April on a random weekend so we stopped for breakfast on Sunday. It was mid morning on an overcast day, and it was still an hour wait. The place is not very big, and with the parking lot full we had to park along the main road (PA 26).
Once we were seated though, we ordered and the food came out pretty quickly. We had the Crab Benedict, Huevos Rancheros, Biscuit and Gravy, and a side of loaded tots. Loaded tots were basic, but everything else was delicious. My only complaint was the amount of salsa on the Huevos Rancheros was a big temperature contrast to the rest of the plate, so it caused the food to come out only lukewarm.

Wonderful place for breakfast. I greatly recommend the Willey omelet with ham, sausage, and bacon. The egg benedicts are also pretty good. During summer, they have an area to sit outside. The staff is very friendly. NOTE: the place is not huge and it gets busy during breakfast hours (specially on the weekends).

Love this place! I ordered the Eggs Florentine and the Farmer’s breakfast was also ordered. Both were delicious! Coffee and banana bread were good too. Unfortunately, they stop making their home fries at 11:00 and that can be disappointing.
