Service is great but the location is in the one of the creepiest place in the OC.

There were numerous people in the drive thru and we were so confused! While we were waiting for our order people kept coming up to the window and receiving their food. The whole situation wasn’t safe because cars are driving in the drive thru and several people kept walking up to the window which was so awkward as a customer. And then he charged me wrong for my shakes they are advertised as 2 for $7 and he charged me reg price $5.29 per shake. Entire visit was overwhelming and weird!!

After a horrible experience down the the street at McDonald’s and leaving coming to carls I had such amazing customer service with letica. She immediately greeted us with a positive attitude and made us laugh. Great customer service makes a difference. Thank you we will be back
