I ordered a pizza and wings. They took the order and charged my card, then called and said they could not deliver the order, and now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund for their screw up.

We(my fiancee and I) only order from this Pizza Hut when ordering for ourselves and Family gatherings. The orders are always smooth and swift, curbside brought out with a smile. On top of all that, the pizza and/or any other item ordered...are awesomely delicious! With all that has been said are the reasons I would recommend this Pizza Hut.

10/30/2021. Ordered online. Picked pizza up. Got it home,pizza was burnt. I got a lg,thin and crispy. Crust was so hard and toppings were charred. Our bread sticks were doughy. WE were over there 16 min after ordering. Pizza also wasn't properly cut.

Horrible service and very rude. They don't even have delivery drivers because no one wants to work here.

Don't understand the bad reviews, people need to realize everybody is short staffed now days. I've never had a problem with them and the people have always been super nice. I've seen customers being rude to them picking up my food and they still remain friendly and professional..I wouldn't! Good job pizza hut employees!

I requested extra sauce and there was no sauce on my pizza and this is not the first time this has happened at this location
