This location has by far the best customer service I've come across in a while. The staff is always accommodating and attentive to specifics on your espresso drink order. I even drive past another Dunkin close by just for their attention to detail and willingness to ensure your order is how you would like it. Never disappointed, thank you and please never change!

Good service, good coffee, but Dunkin as a whole, the donuts get stale quickly, you need to buy them early. Back in day, when they were made on site, the donuts were fresher and lasted longer.

Horrible I like the one in Norwalk better it’s cleaner and friendlier and they give a discount and you do t have creepy men hanging out making you feel uncomfortable

Extremely rude customer service. The cashier simply could not understand what a free coupon means. She just kept asking me to pay when a free coupon was presented to her face. Will never visit this one despite its proximity to my apartment

OMG!!!! the best plant based food ever!!!!! and definitely I recommend The one in Stamford. all DKN have a different staff but this particular one is my favorite they're happy and friendly specifically Emily.
