So bagels at Dunkin Donuts are my jam. At this location, I have gotten a bagel about 4 times. Here's my thing: if you're located at a train station, go ahead and assume that people there are trying to catch a train and may be in a rush. Their customer service was fine by normal standards I am sure, but when my time is limited, their unhurried movements seemed extra long. They also give a very little amount of cream cheese on the bagels. I actually asked for more cream cheese, and they charged me extra, and then gave me what I consider a rather normal (not extra) amount of cream cheese - see pic. The bagels are fine in the morning (not soft like some DD locations) but are stale in the afternoon. For all of these reasons, I am giving a passing grade but not the highest star value.

Awful. No gloves in a pandemic. She puts her hands ALL over the lid so I ask for another lid to put in myself and her friend at the counter who seems to also work there starts SCREAMING at me that dunkin donuts doesn’t provide gloves and I’m offensive for wanting a new lid. What a gross place to be. What absolute awful employees.

Fast service but watered down. I ended up throwing out my $2.31 investment. Won’t go here again. There’s another coffee place steps from this Dunkin’ which I would have gone to had I realized it. Next time!

I placed the same order every morning and for some reason they seem to get it wrong and then get a attitude when you try to correct them. And then they try to tell you what you order. Then they move slower cause they don’t want to remake your order. Horrible horrible horrible

The people who work here are working under some of the most stressful, most difficult circumstances imaginable, but the crew they have in the morning right now is relentlessly nice and kind to everyone who steps up. I've been stopping here a few times a week for over a month now, and their attitude is unflaggingly upbeat. I hope whoever owns this franchise recognizes how hard of a location it is to work at, and recognizes the hard work and effort the team they have in there right now puts in.

Don't get me wrong, I am a Dunkin fan. However, this location is my least favorite. They try, but fail at customer service, efficiency, and at times cleanliness. They are ALWAYS POLITE and that is why I gave them 1 star. It would have been zero stars otherwise. Note: ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER before walking away. Always allow ample time to get your order.

I had the pleasure of being served by La'Trice Branch one of the employees here and she was very thorough, and polite. She expeditiously filled my order and was very accurate. My coffee order is very difficult but she filled it with precision.
