I ordered a frozen chocolate, saw that it was being rung up as a frozen coffee, tried correcting but was brushed off and assured things would come out right, but they didn't; I was served a frozen coffee! Having ordered food too, by the time the drink was remade, the food was cold! Do not go here if you need to give instructions on orders; they will not listen.

The young man at the register was totally unaware of their specials and misinformed me and was charging me the regular price and not the price of the offer.
Didn't also like the fact that the sign on the front door clearly stated Mask Mandate and they allowed several customers, even a group of 5 to walk in without a mask. I had to speak up.

My son went in to use the restroom before purchasing something and they told him there was no restroom. I drove around back a there was a restroom. When I went in and approached them about lying they said we lost the key. They just didn’t want him to use the restroom. RUDE!!

Some Dunkin' locations are better than others, this one simply never has a selection after dinner time. I've seen plenty of other locations have most selections available by end of day. Other than that there isn't anything to say. It's just your regular Dunkin'. It's clean, has quick friendly service, and has a good selection of drinks... Not really much else to say about it. They do their job well, they just have very limited supply and for someone whose a night owl, that bothers me. Would have otherwise given it 5 stars.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, with only 2 customers ahead of me. Line for pick-up window was 10 people, and many orders weren't filled correctly. There appeared to be only 2 staff member's working at 10 am on a Sunday morning....odd since there's usually more employees than that.

I usually pick a latte on my way home. The guy and lady who work at this time, I think Mexican are really nice. They smile, take good care of you. It's the simple things that make you want to come again.

Absolutely despicable bagel. It felt as if it was unevenly exposed to air and left out the past 3 1/2 weeks sitting on the counter shelf. Some parts were light and fluffy while other bites are literally so un-chewable it required several minutes of gnawing to get a bite off only to inevitably need to be spit it out onto the floor it was so inedible. Cream cheese amount was adequate but far too much. Cream cheese was spread evenly although, 1 star.
Edit: coffee was DECAF when I did NOT order a DECAF coffee. Would give negative star review if I could!
