Horrible experience!! Was told 7 minutes for hot dog so paid and was gonna wait. 25 min later I finally get them. Other food was old and gross. Paid a dollar for dipping sauce that tastes like 20yr old boots. Stay away they are in basement to hide them from the populace. If you venture there beware. Eat at your own risk. My toilet will never be the same. Sat for half an hour at one point. Food poisoning at its best. They deserve -10 stars. Straight up Ecoli factory.

Today 5/15 at 6:30 such a craving for a wetzel in Stamford Mall Been buyin Them for past decade & they’re usually delish Not today Dry stale tough not buttery What a disappoint Too close to home to head on back. Called & the young girl who sold picked up phone & hung up 2nd time she dialed then hung up again 3rd time I told her about the stale pretzel & said ok thank you gotta go have a customer. Not cool! If the boss was there he wouldn’t like it.

This is one of my favorites foods to eat but today both the food and cashier were horrible. My pizza bits were burnt and the cashier very careless talking to her coworker made me wait to get my card back. This just happened and as the owner I wouldn’t appreciate this behavior.

Today i went to buy Pretzel. I asked for Jalapeno Pretzel it was not warm and ask them to warm it. I don't know why the heck they are laughing when i ask them it was sooo embarrassing moment for a customer seeing the response from the employees. I waited for 5 minutes and they burnt it but still i am ready to take another kind but they a still laughing in front of the customers and the response from the employee was ridiculous. this is the worst experience i ever had and will never go to that place again.

Pretzels pretty good but expensive for a piece of dough. Also, appears to be new owner and they were running out of many items. Management needs to get up to speed. Was a little disappointed.

Great tasty pretzels in a variety of choices. Regular pretzels, pretzel bites, hot dog pretzels, pizza pretzels, almond pretzels and more. When you want a quick bite while at the mall, this is the place to go.
