Honestly a decent dunkin. Friendly, attentive staff and decent drinks/food. Sadly though me and many people I know who have to use this as the only local Dunkin’ in this area are sick of the men frequenting the front entrance often and creating traffic issues in the parking lot. I’m not saying I expect the staff to go out there but someone needs to put an end to this. Why would I put a mask on for the store if I have to walk by 4 men with no mask in dirty clothes? Absolutely appalling given there is a designated corner off the highway for them to stand for work… Do better Stamford PD..

It's very confusing when DUNKIN advertises a seasonal coffee on their electronic menu in the store and the staff looks at you like you have 4 heads and they have never heard of the coffee that is pictured on the screen behind them.
The MORNING staff seem to have their game on point. But the afternoon and evenings can be hit or miss.

Let’s be honest, you come here to use the bathroom, drink coffee, and munch on donuts. This location meets and exceeds all mentioned expectations!
Employees are friendly too. That’s what makes this place my go to place when i need…. A donut and coffee!!!

Service was good but the coffee was a caramel latte with oatmilk. Tasted sour and fruity. Gave up on it and purchased another coffee later that morning. Probably a one off but ill see next time I pass through.
Also, restrooms arent opened yet.

Typical over sweetened dog nuts, and chai is only flavor, not tea. Coffee, (American style) is the saving grace at DD

They started preparing all the other items of the customers after me and all i had was a latte. This appears to be an issue across every dunkin when it comes to ordering a latte. It should not have taken almost 15 minutes from ordering my latte to receive it when i had been the only person in queue when i placed my order.
