Phone conversation went like this-- Me: "Hi, I ordered a classic chicken sandwich from you guys but I got a couple of chicken strips on a bun instead." Her: "Oh really?" Me: "Yes. What's up with that?" Her: "Are you sure?" Me: "100%. I can send a picture somewhere if you want to see, maybe on a google review?" Her: "That's fine." She then abruptly hung up.

The "Fill Up Box" is advertised as including a chocolate chip cookie with the price of the order. When the employee gave me my order and I looked in the bag, I did not see my cookie. When I asked the employee that my cookie was missing, he said even though the picture and my receipt shows that a cookie is included with the meal, a cookie is no longer included. When I asked if I needed to pay for it separately he said they no longer have cookies in stock. If I'm paying for an advertised item but I'm not going to receive it, to me that seems like false advertisement and I should be compensated. At the very least, I should've been informed before paying for my order or the price should've been prorated for the missing item and I shouldn't have to mention it.

Wasn’t even open at the time it’s suppose to be. It was 10:40 & the manager was just now walking into the establishment, the doors were locked. She didn’t even acknowledge me standing there, just banged on the door til someone opened it for her. I understand it’s early but if your time says you’re open at this time then actually be open, it’s ghetto.

Arriving to this KFC at 10:15 pm on a Saturday to place order to go ;the guy on the speaker told me they were closed they had everything shut down. I told him online shows they close at 11pm. Then he comes with another excuse saying they are out of chicken. C‘mon he just said that so they can close and leave. If they are not satisfied that the business closes at 11 find another job that closes early. The employees are making the business look bad. We are in 2022 that we all go based on google reviews. Next time if they really run out of chicken tell them the truth instead of saying y’all closed .

Horrible, cold , hard, leftover tenders with Trashville..sauce thrown onto of unbeatable stale tenders. They hate their job cause it show 100% in the order. Please take a bite out of your food before you drive off with "concrete tenders"..and the young Hispanic male will definitely definitely mess up your whole order
