Dunkin'

This Dunkin is hands down the worst one in St. Petersburg!!! Unfortunately it is the only one close to my work. I literally have to check my coffee every time before leave to make sure They did not put any sweetener in it. Today they sweetened my coffee and when I told them There was sweetener in it they insisted they didn’t add sweetener.. B$&ch I can taste it!! These mf done ruined my day… Again!!! Somebody please get some good help in this store!!!!

I try this Dunkin every few months to see if the service has improved. It remains disorganized and underwhelming. They are usually out of items and perpetually running at the speed of drying paint. The wait times to order, drive to the window, and pay are extensive. Multiple staff members ask at the window for you to pay and they seem to hand whatever beverage looks right in the moment out the window. Staff morale is understandably low and results in some lackluster social interactions. In a half dozen visits, I've had my order correct once. Time to take the hint and stop going.

I tried the new Dunkin Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich today. Big mistake! This thing was NOT what I expected. The photos imply the bread will be toasted, but it was chewy and rubbery like it came straight out of the freezer into the microwave. The eggs were definitely liquid...and that so called bacon. It was wimpy, no crispness and didn't have a good flavor. It was just there..like background noise. I tried the new sandwich, didn't like it, but I will be back to Dunkin...just not for this. 1 out of 5 stars.

Every time I order any food from this place for breakfast it is always horrible. Before I’ve ordered sourdough with egg and bacon they never toasted the bread so it was like chewing into a tough brick of bread. It was horrible. This time I order a bagel with cream cheese you would expect them to actually put cream cheese on it and not just put like the smallest amount. I can’t even taste it on the bagel. How disappointed. It’s definitely not like the picture they display. Just avoid breakfast at all costs!!! Don’t do it. Drinks have always been good that’s why I give 2 stars. Don’t offer food if you don’t take the time to do it right!
