Wendy's

have enjoyed our stay at Kingston. We've been here 6 years and lived here previously for 2 years. There is more space and amenities than many other communities. We have a parking pad, a large enclosed yard (end unit), a microwave, dishwasher, a well as a washer and dryer. There is also a playground less than a block away. The bedroom sizes and closet space are decent. The unit is in good condition. The community is fairly quiet and safe. We speak with many of our neighbors and most people are respectful of others. It's not perfect, but it's a good community especially for families with children of any age. If I didn’t have to give a star to move forward I definitely wouldn’t. This is the only Wendy’s thus far that I have went to in Saint Petersburg that has the upmost poorest customer service. It may as well be self served because that’s how it feels when you come through the drive through and are asked to come inside to make your own drinks. This isn’t my first time going to this Wendy’s but no matter how long I wait to return they still seem to show that their #1 at poor customer service. Now I have to pretty much pray when pulling in that someone in the building is actually “Happy to be at work and actually feels good about doing their job. And please for the life of you start serving “FRESH FRIES” we know their not fresh already. Sorry to do this but I believe heavily in writing reviews, how else will people know.

Slow service. Every time I decide to give them another chance, they disappoint. Order a hamburger, they don't have buns. Order a Coke, they are out. Order wedges, they are out. They apparently need new management because they have no clue what they are doing. Thank God for the McDonald's right down the road.

When I was there I got a fish sandwich meal through the drive-thru and the person working the drive-thru never gave me my drink. When I realized it I had left and turned around and had to get back in line. The manager did make it right by giving me a new fish sandwich and fries and I appreciate that. But there was still a hassle Factor of wasting 20 minutes of my busy work day.

Hard to order when the workers are at the drive thur smoking pot with the car that ordered before me. Maybe watch the cameras and you will see the one kid with brown dreads grabbing it and taking a big puff. Won't be back!! Can't believe Wendy's allows this!! Didn't even get my order as I had to wait for them to be done with it.

I waited for 60 minutes in the drive-through after most people had already pulled away and they closed the drive thru early at 10:00 on Monday night after me with the dining room already closed at 9:00 when I first arrived. I have no idea what was going on, but I know that I will not be returning there.
