Checkers

First of all, I partially blame the company as a whole for FALSE ADVERTISING with their tenders. Nothing ever looks like the photo I guess, but there's ZERO similarities other than the pepper sprinkled throughout batter.. Now whatever tenders these are have most definitely sat for HOURS and then redipped to be hot. You cannot tell me otherwise. I waited 20 minutes for my food today, AFTER ordering. I didn't mind waiting. I was polite and thanked the woman at the window. I didn't complain or cause a scene like some people would. But getting home and opening this which I bought for my child is disappointing. ALL of my food should have been fresh if I'm waiting that long. Food safety, temperatures and timing is so important and in place for a reason. This is due to pure laziness or concern for food cost/waste. Either way it should not outweigh food safety. I'm glad that I check my child's food and was able to throw this away. Otherwise he would have just eaten it and most likely have spent the next few days sick. $4.79 +tax to serve me this?! How do y'all sleep at night?

I strongly recommend no one ever eat at checkers, especially this location. I was served raw chicken, was sick for nearly a week, and 2 weeks and 3 complaints later I still have not received any kind of communication about this. DISGUSTING and clearly little to no practices in place to keep customers healthy.

1 disabled parking spot and this non handicapped car is in it. I park elsewhere, help my disabled client maneuver to a bench and watch a disabled vet make his way to his car to leave, also unable to utilize handicap parking. I ask for the manager to explain there is a car illegally using the ONLY handicapped spot....ITS THE MANAGERS CAR! He parked there for the convenience....he should be ticketed and fined...then fired! I wont even mention the homeless guy sleeping next to us...

Went there for a quick snack and was pleasantly surprised. The guy in the drive thru window was very polite, food was hot and fresh, and they even dropped in some extra fries in the bag before handing it to me. This checkers is a whole lot better then the one by where I live which is why I stopped going to checkers over 3 years ago.

It's 930pm when I go thru the drive thru, all the lights are off when me and my mother pull up and there's 4 employees just standing outside. I call the store and a female employee answers. I ask if they are open and she tells me they are. We go back to go thru the drive thru and there are now 5 employees just standing outside
