Taco Bell

Ordered 2 Grilled chicken burritos. Waited several minutes before I started to smell something burning from inside the restaurant and waited several more minutes before being given my food. I asked for sauce and when my server gave me them I thanked her but she refused to respond and just stared at me. When I got home I realized that both of my burritos were not grilled but burnt. Charred black. I tried picking the burnt parts off of the otherwise soggy tortilla but at that point I had lost my appetite and my patience. I've had several unsatisfactory experiences at this location beyond this. From incorrect orders and erratic closing times to long wait times and rude staff. Avoid this location at all costs.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell, it’s an absolute mess. Today I came to the drive through, they told me they’re not taking any drive through orders. So I asked if I could come inside to order- apparently that was fine. I walk in and a young male employee is behind the counter yelling at another young female employee about ‘Where are the managers?’ She was clearly trying to work; but this male employee just kept yelling at her about ‘where are the managers’. The young lady then comes to take the order of the people in front of me. As the Customer is telling her the order, the young man is standing right next to her, definitely in her person space & very loudly & almost aggressively yelling the customer’s order in her face. I was really confused as to what was going on. She finally told him to stop. It was as chaotic & an unnecessarily dramatic situation I walked in on, so I decided to just walk out. Clearly this store needs some serious love by management.

We went in to order 2 soft tacos, 2 Doritos taco, 2 drinks and 2 cheese fries. We watched 5 cars go through the drive they after we placed our order and food that should have taken 5-8 minutes to get ready took upwards to 20 plus minutes. Staff was not friendly when asked where my order was and come to find out they gave it to an Uber driver for pickup when I ordered from the kiosk inside.

Says they open at 8 was told at 803 they were still setting up and wouldn’t be available for another 10 minutes. The girl who came over the speaker was nice and I get that it’s early but unfortunately I also have to be to work and have to be on time and didn’t have that extra 10 minutes. Maybe open at 730 give the employees time to set up or open later like 9 if they need to be in at 8 to open up. Dunkin’ got my dollars today because they were with it.

What the heck is wrong with this specific Taco Bell? I hardly eat out and I hardly go to fast food places, but when I do Taco Bell is usually my favorite. This Taco Bell is half a mile from my house in the closest there after is 3 miles away. So clearly this would be the most convenient however, there is always something going wrong here. I have never just had a normal experience at this Taco Bell. I mean normal for Taco Bell, obviously you pay for what you get, but this specific Taco Bell is worse than McDonald's quality. I hate McDonald's but it's right next to this Taco Bell and I'd rather go there 10 times before I ever step foot in this Taco Bell again. I have gone to this location probably 15 times, and about 12 of those times the "machines were down" and they were only accepting Uber eats and DoorDash orders. Either they only take cash, or they're only taking cards, but literally every time I go there is something wrong. Corporate, I'm not blaming them I'm blaming y'all for not having the right amount of staff and better training and pay for your current employees.

Worst service of my life! I’m from North Carolina and was really wanting some Taco Bell, so I did a mobile order, and went to go pick it up, and the ladies that were there were down right rude. I have never been to a Taco Bell and was treated like trash. I work in the customer service industry and would NEVER treat a guest like the way they did. When we told them we had a pick up order all they said was “park” so we went to park. Waited 15 mins, and the app said the order was ready, but no one came out to bring us our order. So we went back through and told her what she meant by park, and she said, and I quote “I didn’t know I had to explain what you should do” I was in complete utter shock about that response, so we went to park again, waited another 15 mins, started getting irritated because the app showed that the food was ready, so we went back through and waited at the window for another 10 mins. I understand everyone is short staffed, because we are too where I work, but no matter how frustrated me and my employees are, we would NEVER treat guest with disrespect. Makes me not want to go back to Taco Bell, because it’s going down hill. I’m sorry but you shouldn’t treat your guest with disrespect, all you gotta do is put on a fake smile, and be kind. It will get you farther in your career. SMH, so dissatisfied.
