7-eleven

Went in to get a energy drink, and was in a hurry. Cashier was no where to be seen. Stood around for a few minutes before finally deciding to give one good “Hello?” Before leaving.. This got someone’s attention because the cashier finally appeared, but was going to continue doing something else. I asked if she could ring me up, was met back with attitude and refusal to ring up my drink. This is a constant problem for this location it seems like. This is not the first time a situation like this has happened, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. The cashier is extremely slow, has no concept of time, makes inappropriate conversations, is flat out rude, & struggles to even work the computer. I’m extremely tolerant, but this lady is the worst. I will drive to the one on 83rd & 9th St. Out of my way, rather then deal with this nasty lady you guys put behind the counter at night, at this location. Find somebody competent.

Update 3/2022: came for gas since slightly cheaper here today. Clerk inside nonchalantly told me they had skimmers on their pumps recently. I asked if that was still an issue and he laughed (unsure what to make of that). I’ll be watching my bank transactions closely for the next couple weeks. GO TO WAWA! They’ve Verifone card readers and also accept Apple Pay! 2020: Employees aren’t wearing masks - many customers also not obliging as a result. The 7-11 on 62@4th is better or Wawa as corporate mandates they and customers wear masks.

I'm sorry but the restroom and overall store is absolutely filthy!!! Everytime myself and others visit we see a serious lack of cleanliness and it only seems to get worse and worse! Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months! And overall store is just dirty! Even if you're short staffed, hire a professional cleaner if nothing else, please! Very unsanitary compared to other 711s in area this one could SERIOUSLY use a touch up! Yuck!

I will never go back here and I live down the street. Went and got gas today only to experience a leaky gas pump and once again no paper in the pump to give receipts. The employees couldn’t care less. The leaky pump spilling gas out the hose was it for me. I’m done with 7-11 but especially this location on 4th st and 83 Ave N

I used to love this store. Now under new ownership, I've run into unprofessional clerks and less than stellar service. I went there this morning to see clerk and customers without face masks. When I requested he put one on for my safety, his response was "A St Pete cop told me the mandate is not being enforced" and he refused to put it on, just leaving it hanging off one ear. If you value your health and safety, stay away from this store!

Every time I've ever been in this store the employees have been extremely helpful and nice. for example today I was a few dollars short of buying a case of bang! So the older man behind the counter had the great idea of just buying as many out of the case as possible. His Reasoning for helping me was he would hate to have someone walk out of his store feeling bad about them selves for not having enough money to get what they wanted. After hearing him say that I decided that this will be the only 7-Eleven that I shop at Solely because of him.
