I was at work craving a croissant! I heard annex had some so I ended Up grabbing a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich it was very fresh and came with a lot of egg And only $6 great value and taste this is one of my fave new breakfast spots downtown 🤙🏼 check out more reviews on Facebook/foodies network 727 also on YouTube! 😁

We got our daughter an Açai bowl on a Friday and the lady who took our order said we'd be back again... and she was right! In fact the next day our while family returned for a breakfast of delicious Açai bowls! Really nice people here, dog-friendly, and absolutely delicious! Indoor and outdoor seating is nice and comfy. Thanks!

Ok seriously the best Cuban sandwich around! All the food is great, the merchandise is convenient and reasonable prices, the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and all have a nice sense of urgency for getting your order out in a timely manner. They serve Kahwa coffee, macchiatos, latte, cappuccino, and more. Plus their wine selection is top notch! You can sit inside, outside or your food to go...just give them your name and they bring to your table. The views of the water are beautiful and it’s close by to all the other great shops! Stop by and check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

This is such a great spot for a light breakfast or ice cream. Their soft serve is the best in St Pete and the view and the vibe is incredible too! The outdoor seating is happy and fun. Great spot to take things in. Also the interior has lots of local artists so also a cool place to sit and enjoy your food.

The food was alright. My daughter got a hot dog with just relish on it, and you couldn't even see the hotdog underneath. It was moderately priced for what we got. The person taking our order was not very pleasant and customer friendly. There were three in our family and after the first person ordered, she didnt acknowledge anyone else and asked if that was all. Just poor customer service. She brought me another lady's drink and just set it in front of me without a word and walked off. I found the lady who it belonged to and she had to ask if it was hers. The dark haired girl behind the register definitely needs some training or a different line of work

I visited this establishment 7 months ago and had a simply sinful brunch. Return here on New Year's day for dinner with my wife. I believe our server's name was Dana. She was excellent. We sat outside in perfect weather and there was a musician playing in the park across the street. The food was as good as it looks. A perfect way to start the new year.
