This Chick-fil-A location at Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg is a well managed Chick-fil-A that is a great stop when you are hungry while shopping. The staff here is very helpful and makes sure that everything is well prepared. Good experience every time I have been here.

This is GPS error; I was in a mall food court. I purchased my meal from the restaurant beside Chik-fil-A. I don't patronize businesses that actively campaign to limit the rights of marginalized communities, in this case LGBTQ.

Waited over 10 minutes to actually get my food only to get a chicken sandwich that wasn’t fully cooked. I went back and told them that I bit into chicken that was not cooked and they did absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service at this location, will not be coming back for sure!

Waiting 20 minutes every time i order from here is an embarrassment. I lost 20 mins of my break and i only get 10 mins to walk back to the store and eat. And the sorry I got from that wonderful overly pressured worker didn’t mitigate anything. I just left with my food quietly. I already ordered ahead. I once ordered 5 mins ahead and said i was here. Walked there and waited 10 more mins. Its not worth it if you work in the mall and only get a 30 min break. Its only this location I’ve experienced long wait times. But if you’re willing to wait a while this is the location for you. Their food is still good.

This place is half the speed it used to be and the quality control isn't there. And the Mac n cheese is never full!!! But it's a hit or miss with whoever is making food that day.

Always a pleasant experience at Chick-fil-A. Orders are almost always perfect, and if not, they try to make it right. The best part is supporting a christian based organization that aligns with my beliefs and values.

I only get about 15 minutes from my break but when I went today to go get a kid's meal which is $5 has about an ounce of fries and 5 nuggets, just something for me to eat for dinner, it took over 30 minutes for my order to be completed. Honestly this is unacceptable and it's never like this I don't understand what the problem was. I think that's the worst part, too. Getting answered with a smile and a "we're sorry" but no reason.
