Jimmy John's at Bay Pines Blvd...The food is usually pretty good, as it was today. However, they're missing the details. What's the point of checking the boxes of things you want with your order or done to your sandwich if the directions aren't followed? My biggest complaint is that you drive across the street and charge $7 for delivery and then I have $4+ for a tip. We have allowed people in the hospital with a mask in place for the last month. How about deliver to the designated unit like you used to? It's no wonder people are choosing other places to deliver since they're having to pay those kind of fees anyway.

Poor customer service not to mention every time I go employees have terrible attitudes and trying to charge extra for free items that comes on sandwich the girl with colored hair (purple and blue )was extremely unprofessional even though I tipped. I do not recommend. This location always smells like dirty mop water and dirty floors every time I enter I suggest health inspectors stop by right before close because this place has to be under violation . Please change out the mop frequently because I think I seen a tiny roach in the corner of the floor

The lady that works this store(she refused to give me her name) that was on the job tonight at 7:10pm in the St Pete location in BayPines by Walmart) is an absolute disgrace to represent your company!! Extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful. She legit had a meltdown because “she already wrapped the onions up” at 7pm when the store doesn’t close till 8pm and didn’t want to take the time to make my subs! Then I asked for a bag as I had 3 subs and 2 chips and she told me “grab it yourself!”. Is this how you want Jimmy John’s to be represented????????! DISGUSTING!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer sevice. Whoever the sandwhich maker is, needs to take a hospitality course or get fired... How do you have an attitude because i said id pay for more lettuce on the side and then slams my sandwhich down. Now if i would've hopped over rhe counter and slammed him down id be in the wrong...
