Biggest joke of a taco I’ve ever had. Our entire order was skimpy. Great way to waste $20.

I just had an encounter with a very incompetent staff. It really made me angry. She acted like my online order wasn't available and was very condescending about it. Also when it did pop up she didn't even give me my sauce.
I usually have good encounters here. I did not like this woman though. She looked like a manager. I was disgusted with her rude attitude. 🙄

I would give negative stars if I could. We ordered tacos and burritos and there was hardly any meat, not even enough to line the whole base of the taco shells. What's even worse is when we try to call to let them know they answer the phone, do not say anything and then hang up on both my husband and I. Very frustrating, I would not order here again because of the food we received but more so the lack of customer service.

I just went through the drive through with my girlfriend and I ordered a chalupa cravings box and was specific I only wanted beef and cheese on everything. However only one taco was correct. I wasn’t even that upset until the reaction I received when I went back around to get it fixed. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional and I go here all the time and have never been treated so poorly. Will not be back to this location anytime in the near future. Lady at drive through was so nasty.

Terrible! Employees totally rude. Food was worse. Shells all broken up, soggy, chicken was still cold. Beef was all burnt grease!
Food was horrible. Slapped together. Not to mention wrong. Missing items. First bag I was given wasn't even mine.
Worst part they took the bag of food after I rifled thru it and gave it to the correct Custom after I had my hands all over it.
I will never eat this trashy taco bell again. I wouldn't even consider giving it to my dog!!!

It was horrible I came to talk about to use my rewards and they didn't honor it because the app. Said this location in South Pasadena Florida is closed but I'm here. I believe the manager should have honored this. He suggested I go to another one because he said he couldn't do anything. I have no transportation and this is wrong. So now walk home with nothing.

Attempted drive thru.
They took about 5 minutes to just take the cars order before me. I get up they say hold we will be right with you, I try to order and they say no grilled items. Well I had to get the person back at home a crunch wrap. I said forget it ;try to leave then get stuck behind the car at the window due to it being one lane. Not a good time .

Customer service by James in the drive thru was stellar. He is probably the last known employee that knows what a double decker taco is ,how its made, and how to ring it up. I will continue to come to this Taco Bell just for his great attitude ,attention to customer service and his experience. Big Thank you sir.
