Cicis Pizza

First time to cicis pizza. I was meeting up with my boyfriend so when I got there, I ordered 2 adult buffets and one kids buffet. I sat down and waited for my boyfriend but he called and said he couldn’t make it. Okay.. so I asked the guy up front if I could just exchange my boyfriends buffet for tokens so that my 5 year old autistic kiddo could play some arcade games after we ate. Without hesitation, he right away went to the register and gave me $10 in tokens which was $2 more than my boyfriends meal! So I take the tokens back to my kiddo who then attempts to play one of the games but with no success since he doesn’t really know how to play or what to do. Jose, the guy that let me exchange no show bf buffet for tokens, walks over to my kiddo and not only showed him how to play BUT also helped him win a prize!! My son won a stuffed animal giraffe which he said he is going to sleep next to tonight (he loves stuffed animals) so all in all, I’m so happy I stopped here and thank you Jose for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. You have no idea how much your kindness means to me. We’ll be back!

First time coming back since they added the new games , experience was amazing, food was fresh and can’t beat the 3.99 buffet deal! Customer service was superior. Aaron went above and beyond making sure our Parmesan cheese was full and that we didn’t need anything else during our visit ! He mentioned this was his first job and I’m honestly amazed how professional he was. I observed him using proper hand washing techniques and was detail cleaning the restaurant! This young gentlemen is a Hospitality superstar!

I had came into the store at roughly 8pm and the girl at the register was very rude and claimed to be closed but we could order take out. At first I didn’t want to and had left but I came back and ordered brownies and cinnamon rolls. The girl had an attitude again while dealing with me and she said it would be about ten minutes before they were done. When they were done she came out and handed them to me around 9:20pm and locked the door. When I open the boxes the cinnamon rolls were all over the place and the brownies were cold but they were supposedly “fresh.” Then when I bit into the cinnamon rolls they were hard and soggy. I used to come to this cicis a lot more but I don’t know if I’m going to come back because of how I was treated. It was uncalled for.

Was there for about a half an hour. ALL of the pizza was old and dried up, exept for the one pepperoni pizza that they left empty that they refilled once the entire time I was there. Spent more time waiting on edible food than actually eating. Homeless people hanging out inside, and the arcade token machine ate our money. Stay far, far away.

Excellent experience! I haven’t been to Cici’s in such a long time and it was honestly humbling. Aaron made us feel so welcome and I could tell he wanted us to have a wonderful time. Good conversation led to him saying this was his first job and I was amazed! I’ve never met anyone that has that much drive at such a young age! Cici’s is incredibly lucky to have such a great character in their establishment! We’ll be back to enjoy more pizza!

Went in with 9 people to have the buffet on Wednesday night last week and we were told the buffet is closed! It was 8:50pm and they close at 10pm!!!! The girl standing at the register said we can order take out! Nope! We left at went a few blocks down and ate at Applebees! Ridiculous! If your open until 10pm you serve what you advertise…..the buffet…..until 10pm! Stop being lazy people!!!!

Aaron is the man, I came with my family sat down got food The young man’s hospitality is Golden and was great , he asked if I needed anything proceeded to walk to every table and ask if they needed anything or if there was anything he could do to make they’re visit better, overall everyone was a great team but Aaron stood out great worker sir thank you for the great visit !

If you want bad service and terrible food then this is the place for you! The night shift crew could give a rip about their job and don't even get me started on the attitudes they had. If you don't like your job that's one thing but it's another when you push away PAYING CUSTOMERS when you don't want to work. My wife and I were in there and witnessed 6 paying customers turned down at the door simply because the crew did not want to make more pizza. Also an elderly gentlemen went in having but one arm to use to get his to go box and the crew had no intentions on helping that poor man out. Why is the open sign on when nobody wants to work? The lights are on but nobody is home.
