As I entered the subway, inside had no air condition, the inside was hotter than outside in Florida weather, the music inside was blasting, very unpolite music, the only person working could barely hear the customers orders. Then I presented to be the fourth person in line, and it happened that the only person working had decided to stop at me and ring out 3-4 people prior to me, that was in line. Fair enough, I waited to be served as I see she was the only person working. Then she came back to me took my order, prepared the first half of my sandwich, then She proceeded, to take the next person, ok fair, still I wait, then she took the next, then the next, and 2 more customers that came in behind the fourth customer, linings up all the sandwiches on the counter, with my sandwich bread and meat now falling apart on the counter, pushed to the edge, so I say to her, hold up wait a minute can you please take care of me, I have been waiting the longest here. SHE answered in such a disrespectful tone and told me "I am the only person working here so you just going to have to wait or go somewhere else" She was very rude and acted as if I caused her short staff at her job. Smh. Obviously, I could tell she was short staffed however, as a good business and customer service, she should have taken care of my order first and 2 maybe the 3rd behind me, but not go on and on and on, VERY POOR SERVICE. So, I agreed with her statement and went somewhere else, to spend my money. I thought it was a very unfortunate circumstance. Here I am trying to spend money and keep money in our community and I am met with such disgrace, disrespect, and sheer ignorance. The Subway has no true purpose in a community like this if they do not take the time to train their employees properly on basic customer service. And also supply fresh vegetables, that are not rotten and keep the temperature in the build cool to decrease spoilage, the food inspectors really need to take a look at this situation. I am glad I decided not to eat there, I may have ended up sick. Also the Better business Bureau will be notified. So disappointing, I had to post a review. Also the Subway on 34th street south next to IHOP is a much better choice, what a difference, like night and day.

This place is horrible. We came in and ended up leaving. Its dirty and the food doesnt look or smell fresh. Service isn't helpful and kind of creepy. It was totally empty and I can see why.

This was the worst experience I ever had at this subway very rude very unclean short staff this my second time going the manager is never there bugs flying all around the meats loud music let me not forget ghetto people's hanging all outside then walking in asking for the hook up I will never go to this subway ever again NEVER!!!!! Poor customer service. Short staffed. Milk and yogurt is expired and apples that come with kids meals were frozen and expired.. makes me wonder about the meat and bread on the other side of the counter.
